Public Offer Agreement

This Public Offer Agreement ("Offer") is made by Gibmove Hungary Korlátolt Felelősségű Társaság (Registration No.: 13-09-248270, hereinafter "the Service Provider") and constitutes a public offer to any legal or natural person (hereinafter "the Client") wishing to use the Company's logistics services.

1. Subject of the Offer

The Service Provider offers logistics services including courier delivery, road freight, warehousing, cargo handling, and business relocation services within Hungary and the CEE region.

2. Acceptance

This Offer is deemed accepted by the Client upon: (a) submitting an order via the website contact form or by email; (b) signing a specific service agreement; or (c) making payment for services rendered. Acceptance constitutes a binding contract.

3. Service Rates

Service rates are provided on an individual quotation basis, calculated based on: shipment weight and dimensions, origin and destination, service type (standard/express), and applicable surcharges (fuel, remote area, etc.).

All rates are subject to VAT at the current Hungarian rate (27%) unless the transaction qualifies for a zero rate under Hungarian VAT law (Act CXXVII of 2007 on Value Added Tax).

4. Delivery Terms

Standard delivery timeframes are indicative and subject to operational conditions, customs clearance (for international shipments), and force majeure events. The Service Provider shall not be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

5. Prohibited Items

The Client warrants that no prohibited items are tendered for transport. Prohibited items include: cash and bearer instruments over €10,000; firearms and ammunition; hazardous materials (Class 1-9 ADR); perishables without prior agreement; and any items prohibited under Hungarian or EU law.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service Provider's maximum liability for loss or damage to a single consignment shall not exceed the value declared by the Client, or HUF 50,000 (whichever is lower), unless specific cargo insurance has been arranged.

7. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations due to force majeure events including natural disasters, war, pandemics, governmental actions, or infrastructure failures beyond reasonable control.

8. Duration and Termination

This Offer is valid indefinitely from its effective date. The Service Provider may revoke or modify this Offer at any time with 30 days' prior notice published on the website. Active service contracts shall continue under the terms agreed at the time of contract formation.

9. Applicable Law

This Offer is governed by the law of Hungary. The Vienna Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) does not apply. For international road transport, the CMR Convention applies.
